Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. These timeframes may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

We do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. You will see the exact shipping cost for your order during checkout before you make the payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
